We have felt so heartbroken and helpless in the wake of the tragedy in Texas — in our own backyard, really — and while we cannot heal the hearts of those suffering the unimaginable, we also cannot sit idly by. Many of our customers have reached out to ask what we can do as a group to help maximize our impact, and we’ve come up with a way to use our resources to raise some funds that also fosters our sense of community. We designed this special edition scarf that commemorates the bond of sisterhood, not only ours but that of the sweet girls at Camp Mystic, holding hands and encircling Texas. We’ve inscribed the circle with Psalms 34:18, “The Lord is near the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” It’s beautiful and meaningful, and 100% of the proceeds from this scarf will be donated to flood relief efforts, and particularly, toward the rebuilding and bolstering of the Christian camps that have been connecting kids to Christ for a century.Play nice.
