At Double D Ranch, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our western-inspired apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the return is scanned within the 30-day eligibility period to qualify for a refund.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
